My wife and I moved to Memphis from Butte, Montana in October, 2008. Within a couple of weeks of moving to our house, Bill Bradick, a partner of the construction firm of Meyers-Bradick Associates came to our house with his laptop and worked out with us, a structural design for the extensive remodeling of our house. Over 450 sq. ft. were added to the first floor to accommodate a refrigerator/freezer room, utility room, large closet, my office and a screened porch; two dormers were added to expand the existing upstairs rooms. A new roof was installed and two new HVAC units were also installed. The whole house was also repainted. All through the Fall, Winter and Spring months, the project went on with very little interruption, sometimes even while it was raining.
For the duration of the entire project from inception in the Fall to the final walk-through in the Spring, my wife and I lived in the house. Every day, we saw Bill, becoming almost a member of our family. We saw him push the project relentlessly forward, with great consideration for our privacy, personal comfort and convenience. He’d apprise us of the daily schedules of various craftsmen, making us feel like a member of his construction crew.
We highly recommend Meyers-Bradick for your next project. You couldn’t find a more pleasant friend in Bill Bradick for your contractor.

This letter has been neglected far too long. I have written it many times in my head, but that does not let you know how I/we feel about your services on our behalf.
When we decided to have you take on the project of our guest house, it was the best decision we could have made. You plunged right in and handled the challenge admirably. We were so relieved and impressed with your knowledge and handling of our Landmark Committee issues. It was amazing how smoothly everything went.
The most important factor of our whole experience with your and your teams was that you were wonderfully dependable. Your subs showed up when expected and performed their jobs well. You followed through and stayed on top of the whole process. All we had to do was relax and watch it all happen. How great is that?!!!!

My wife and I hired Eric and Bill for a bathroom remodel in our previous house. We interviewed 3 contractors for the work and although money is always of importance, we were more concerned with the trust aspect.
